FAQ
How do I request designs?
We’re going to give you access to our project management tool in Notion, where you can add new tasks for us with your brief. We’re flexible in terms of the briefs - you can write, add docs or tables, upload images, link pages or even record your voice.We don’t not care about formats we can about the message so provide as much detail as possible will lead to a better design outcome. If you’re uncertain of what your project mostly in need we’re happy to help you out and set milestones and deliverables.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
You are welcome to submit as many Design Requests as you like, and we will deliver them to you in the order they were received. You have the flexibility to queue up unlimited Design Requests and we will follow this systematic order. In case you have completed all your requests, you can easily pause your subscription and resume it later when you require further design assistance. This ensures that you make the most of your subscription without any wasted time or resources.
How fast will I receive my designs?
Typically, Design Requests are completed within two days or less. However, more complex requests may require additional time to ensure a the professional quality. Within your Notion board you will see all the planned deadlines for each design deliverable.
What if I don't like the design?
You have unlimited change requests. We'll continue to revise each design until you fall in love with it.
Do I need to sign a contract?
Our subscription based model doesn’t need contract, providing you he freedom to pause or cancel you subscription any time. However we understand in some cases may require a legal bindings, in which case we can discuss a suitable arrangement together.
What happens after I subscribe?
We're going to have an onboarding call to get to each other and learn about your goals and discuss the first deliverables. We’ll send you a personalized onboarding mail, along with the access to your project board in Notion. Once you have access, you can begin adding an unlimited number of request, and we’ll start work on in right away.
Who are the designers?
You will work directly with Adam and Gabor, founders of No-Hassle, benefiting from their 10+ years combined design experience. Gabor is a verified top 3% member of the TopTal global designer network.

Figma, Adobe CC, Blender
How does the pause feature work?
You can pause the service under your profile after login. Billing cycles are based on 31 days period. For example you did use 25 days of your subscription, and then decide to pause. Consequently, the billing cycle will be paused, and you will have 5 unused days of service that can be utilized at any point in the future without any additional charge.
